How to Ensure Emails from polinsys.ca, cigap.ca, and myar.me Don’t Go to Spam

1. For Gmail Users

Steps to Whitelist an Email:

  1. Check Spam Folder:
    Go to your spam folder, and if you find emails from these domains, click “Not Spam” to move them to your inbox.
  2. Create a Filter:
    • Open Gmail and click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner to access Settings.
    • Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a New Filter.
    • In the From field, enter the domain, e.g., @polinsys.ca, @cigap.ca, or @myar.me.
    • Click Create Filter.
    • Check the box for “Never send it to Spam” and click Create Filter.
  3. Add to Contacts:
    • Add the email addresses associated with these domains to your contacts by clicking on any email from them and selecting “Add to Contacts”.

2. For Outlook/Hotmail Users

Steps to Whitelist an Email:

  1. Check Junk Folder:
    If an email from the domains is in your junk folder, mark it as “Not Junk”.
  2. Add to Safe Senders List:
    • Click on the gear icon (top-right corner) > View all Outlook settings.
    • Go to Mail > Junk email.
    • Under Safe Senders and Domains, click Add and enter @polinsys.ca, @cigap.ca, and @myar.me.
    • Click Save.
  3. Create a Rule:
    • Go to Mail > Rules.
    • Click Add New Rule.
    • Set the condition to filter emails From these domains and set the action to Move to Inbox.

3. For Yahoo Mail Users

Steps to Whitelist an Email:

  1. Check Spam Folder:
    If you see any email from these domains in your spam folder, mark it as “Not Spam”.
  2. Add to Contacts:
    • Open an email from these domains and click on the sender’s name.
    • Select Add to Contacts.
  3. Create a Filter:

    • Go to Filters > Add New Filters.
    • Name the filter and enter the email domains, like @polinsys.ca, @cigap.ca, and @myar.me, in the From field.
    • Set the action to Move to Inbox and click Save.

4. For Apple Mail (iCloud) Users

Steps to Whitelist an Email:

    If you find emails from these domains in the Junk folder, select the email and click “Move to Inbox”.
  2. Add to VIP List:
    • Open the email and click the sender’s email address.
    • Choose Add to VIP from the drop-down menu.
  3. Create a Rule (Mac Desktop):
    • Go to Mail > Preferences.
    • Click on Rules > Add Rule.
    • Set the condition to filter emails From the domains and set the action to move to your Inbox.

5. For AOL Users

Steps to Whitelist an Email:

  1. Check Spam Folder:
    If you see any emails from these domains in the spam folder, click “Not Spam”.
  2. Add to Contacts:
    • Open the email and click on the sender’s name.
