In Canada, paid immigration advice and representation may only be given by an authorized representative. Agents may pass messages between you and the licensed practitioner, but they may not counsel you, and a document from an agent is not official without the practitioner's signature.
At Polinsys, clients receive counselling based on a report signed by their Canadian authorized representative. When a member of our staff writes to you, the message says so plainly — and points you to your representative for anything that is advice.
If anyone other than an authorized representative gives you immigration advice on our behalf, or tells you to go elsewhere because it is "cheaper" or "faster", please report it: it is not how we work, and it is not allowed. Our integrity commitment →
