Important Guidance for Immigration Candidates:

You can target Canadian permanent settlement through several immigration programs — both Federal and Provincial. Most provinces operate multiple immigration pathways, offering diverse options depending on your skills, experience, and intent.

There are two main options:

  • Self-guided pathway: Learn more, analyze your eligibility, and monitor provincial and federal draws on your own. Visit https://ircnews.ca for real-time data and updates.
  • Full Representation: You may hire a Canadian Authorized Representative to handle your case across multiple programs, increasing your chances of selection.

Wise advice:

  • If you’re busy and prefer a fully managed process, full representation can be effective—but expect it to be more expensive.
  • To save money, start with the self-guided approach. When you’re selected for a Permanent Residence program, you can then choose to hire full representation.
  • Do not forget to include employer-driven pathways. Canadian employers have several programs for hiring foreign nationals. Do not pay for a work permit.

If you are working directly with an experienced Canadian Authorized Representative, you may be eligible for a written evaluation and strategy that could lead to Canadian Permanent Residence within 18 months using a combination of programs for you and your family.

Dealing with unauthorized individuals or foreign agents for immigration advice may not work and could risk your chances.
