| Effective today, individual applicants and their authorized representatives must submit their request for Internal Review using the new Internal Review section of the OINP e-Filing Portal. We will not accept requests by email, mail, fax, or in person.
Employer applicants must continue to submit Internal Review requests by e-mail, as explained in section 2 of this update.
1. Internal Reviews submitted by individual applicants or their authorized representatives via the OINP e-Filing Portal.
To submit an Internal Review request, individual applicants or their authorized representatives must Give written notice of the request to the director by logging in to the OINP e-Filing Portal through your My Ontario account
New information that you did not include in the application because of an oversight will not be considered.
The status of Internal Review requests can be checked online through the OINP e-Filing Portal.
2. Internal Reviews submitted by employers or their authorized representatives via email.
