Polinsys Statement on Ethical Practices and Regional Integrity Polinsys established its Eastern Data Centre in Kochi, India, recognizing the region’s historically high literacy rate and its once commendably low corruption index. This decision reflected our belief in the region’s potential to become a hub for transparent and efficient immigration support services aligned with Canadian standards. However, we are deeply concerned by a noticeable shift in recent years. Corrupt practices are becoming increasingly prevalent in the region, and Polinsys is compelled to bring this to the attention of relevant stakeholders — including Canadian employers, provincial authorities, and the federal immigration department. We urge clients, partners, and residents of this region to remain committed to ethical practices and to fully comply with Canadian immigration laws and procedures. Your integrity today protects your future in Canada. Important Client Advisory: If you approach Polinsys for immigration services and are directed by any staff member to seek services elsewhere because it is “cheaper” or “faster”, this is a clear indication of corrupt behavior. Such actions are not endorsed by Polinsys and are in violation of our ethical standards and Canadian immigration regulations. All clients are encouraged to report such incidents directly to your Authorized Representative (AR) — who is available in an open Q&A session every Friday to listen to concerns and ensure accountability. |
⚠️ Public Service Notice to All Polinsys Clients and Prospects
Protecting Your Immigration Integrity – Immediate Action Required
It has come to our attention that a serious breach of privacy and professional conduct has occurred within our organization. Savitha Vinod, formerly associated with the Documentation Department at the Kochi Polinsys Processing Centre, has violated the privacy protocols established and legally agreed upon at Polinsys. She has illegally accessed and misused confidential client data to contact clients and prospects, offering unauthorized and fraudulent immigration representation at reduced fees.
We are issuing this urgent public advisory to clarify that Savitha Vinod is neither licensed nor authorized to represent clients in Canadian immigration matters. Engaging her or any unauthorized individual to handle your immigration file—including creating IRCC portals, uploading documents, or submitting applications—is a violation of Canadian immigration law.
⚠️ Consequences of Using Unauthorized Representatives:
- You may face a ban from entering or remaining in Canada.
- Your application could be permanently refused.
- You could be deemed complicit in misrepresentation, a serious immigration offense that can lead to deportation and ineligibility to apply again for several years.
- Employers in Canada may blacklist or refuse to hire individuals found to be knowingly involved in fraudulent processes.
If you have paid or engaged Savitha Vinod to create or manage your IRCC portal, or to represent you for any visa application, you must report this immediately to your local law enforcement authority.
If you are a nurse applying for Canadian Permanent Residence or a LMIA-exempt work permit, you are also obligated to notify your Canadian employer.
Failure to report this within 10 days from the date of this notice may result in you being considered a party to fraud, potentially jeopardizing your application and your future in Canada.
✅ Taking Action:
Polinsys is committed to protecting the integrity of your immigration process. To ensure full transparency and compliance, all clients and prospects are encouraged to interact only through our secure systems and:
- Join our weekly Q&A sessions every Friday to speak directly with your Authorized Representative (AR). https://myar.me/zoom
- Never share your documents or IRCC credentials with anyone who is not authorized under Canadian law.
To enhance internal safeguards, Polinsys has implemented additional compliance protocols to prevent unauthorized access to client data.

Important Notice: Mandatory Retainer Requirement for Canadian Immigration Services This is a serious warning. Participation—directly or indirectly—in unauthorized immigration practices constitutes a violation of Canadian federal law. No country or employer values candidates who are willing to engage in corruption. Your compliance ensures your application remains valid and your future in Canada stays protected. Before making any payment for Canadian immigration services, it is mandatory to sign a Retainer Agreement with a licensed Canadian immigration practitioner. This is a legal requirement under Canadian immigration regulation. Failure to sign a retainer before making payment may be viewed as participation in unauthorized or corrupt practices and could result in your application being refused. Worse, you may become ineligible to apply for any Canadian immigration program for up to five years due to misrepresentation. Always verify the status of your immigration consultant before proceeding. You can check whether a practitioner is licensed by visiting: Protect your future—never engage with unlicensed representatives and always demand a signed Retainer Agreement before making any payment. |
