 | Good day ladies and gentlemen, this is IRC news, I am Joy Stephen, a certified Canadian Immigration practitioner, and I bring to you this Provincial News Bulletin from the province of Ontario. This recording originates from the Polinsys studios in Cambridge, Ontario.
| Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is changing the way individual applicants submit a request for an Internal Review. This is part of ongoing efforts to improve service delivery and enhance processes.

Starting August 26, 2024, individual applicants must submit their request for Internal Review using the new Internal Review section of the OINP e-Filing Portal.

This online process will apply only to individual applicants and their representatives. Employers must continue to submit their Internal Review requests via email.

Detailed instructions on how to submit an Internal Review request will be included in the decisions and orders provided to the OINP’s applicants.
