The Nova Scotia Skilled Program 2014 is an excellent program for skilled migrants. This program which creates the possibility for candidates to be nominated by the province, without a sponsoring employer. The program is aimed at selecting individuals who meet the labour market needs of particular regions of the province of Nova Scotia and who intend to settle permanently in Nova Scotia. NO Sponsors are required and selection is based on the applicants past work experience and education, among other factors.
