Our first job is to ensure our clients are free of any inadmissibility issues to reduce the risk of expense, costs, dreams of our clients and this short form will provide us the tool to evaluate some inadmissibility conditions for Entrepreneurs. This brief questionnaire will help us evaluate certain inadmissibility conditions so that once we start setting up and preparing you for submissions, we do not encounter preventable surprises after investing a lot of money for work and other expenses. It costs money for our clients and inadmissibility conditions are better addressed at the start so that the risk of failure can be reduced. In this form, we are looking at two major inadmissibility conditions and some minor ones as well. Do you have any medical conditions which could impede your chance for Canadian Permanent Residence?(Required)

You or any member of your family become eligible for Canadian Permanent Residence only if your inadmissibility to Canada is evaluated and the risk reduced by addressing it at an early stage. Most international organizations do not even look at inadmissibility because it reduces their opportunity to bill the client. Polinsys would like to address this as a first step just in case any inadmissibility condition exists, we will have to immediately notify our client so that they need not pay any further fees and unless there is a fair chance for Permanent Residence, we will suggest not continuing with the process. This could mitigate the risk of costs for our clients. Common ailments or symptoms like Diabetes or Blood Pressure may not pose a problem. It is in your interest to provide full disclosure.

Have you done your Canadian Credential Evaluation?(Required)

Canadian Credential evaluation is done to allow the Canadian Immigration department to evaluate your Overseas Education credentials and to match them with Canadian Educational Credentials. This is a requirement for most Canadian Permanent Residence programs. It is commonly referred to as ECA.
