Hello Ladies and Gentleman, we are so much anxious about the selection process of the express entry program for Canada. Do you know the Nationalities of people who were selected in the first half of this year. These figures are for this year, until the 6th of July 2015.
The highest number of selected candidates held Indian citizenship, which is 20.8% closely followed by Filipino nationals around 19.4%. The third highest nationality of selected candidate was British nationals, followed by Ireland, China and Americans. Please review this chart and it gives you the figures of the top few nationalities.

Good day ladies and gentlemen, In this video we are going to analyse the Express Entry pool on how the applications fared.
No. of profiles in the pool: 112701
No who were not eligible: 48723 43.23% (nearly half)
Number pending 4302
Number withdrawn: 6441
Invited profiles 12017 10.66%
No. of active candidates 41218 36.75%

Nearly half of the profiles in the pool was ineligible, only 10.66% was invited and close to one third are still active candidates in the pool.

Good day ladies and gentlemen, in this video we are going to discuss Country of Residence of applicants for Permanent Residence under the Express Entry program. Here we are not going to discuss citizenship of the selected candidates but Country of Residence. 85.5% of those selected were residing in Canada on a temporary permit like students, individuals on work permit etc. Only a small part of those selected were from outside the country as this chart indicates.
