Quebec Immigration, Do NOT select a Fake to represent you!
This video is specially made for people who are seeking assistance to apply for the Quebec Skilled worker program which is offering some excellent opportunities for foreign nationals seeking to become a Permanent Resident in the province of Quebec. Please understand that Quebec & Canada does not like or will not allow FAKE consultants to represent your application, therefore it is absolutely important that you ONLY allow Canadian Government Authorized Representatives to represent your application, IF you are seeking to be represented. Unfortunately most organizations offering to assist with Quebec Immigration are not licensed or in other words, they are FAKE. Your application can be refused and possibly you may be even deported for mis-representation for using a FAKE consultant or an unlicensed consultant.
The changing political situation in Canada, Immigration & Justin Trudeau.
Some of the reforms everyone would like to see are:
1. Administrative:
a. Advance notice for changes in forms
b. Ask for missing documents rather than return the compete file
c. Like the HST, have a unified fee policy and a single fee intake process
d. Have a centralized processing structure where answers can be obtained from one location.
e. Document Check list and Document ID/sub-ID.
2. Regulatory:
a. Introduce a simple appeal process where unjust decisions or errors can be reviewed and corrected
b. Offer work permits until spousal applications are processed for International spouses
c. Change dependent age from 19 to 22
d. Revisit and introduce additional benefits for families, providing additional points for children
e. Increase immigration Quotas
3. Budgetary:
a. Increase manpower at call centres, and reduce wait times to under 30 minutes
b. Investing in a single file number approach linking sin number (for inside Canada applicants) or a single file number ID for outside Canada processing.
c. Training for Visa Officers
It is not much to ask for, or is it? If Trudeau is able to accomplish this, he is likely to be a Champaign for immigrants!

4 in, 4 out – Temperory Foreign workers in Canada What are your options
As of April 1, 2015, thousands of temporary workers in Canada will be subject to the so-called ‘4 in, 4 out’ rule. Changes made in 2011 to the Temporary Foreign Worker Program by Citizenship and Immigration [Regulation – R200(3)(g) under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations] Canada mean that once a temporary foreign worker has worked in Canada for four years, s/he will not be able to obtain a new work permit until s/he has been outside of Canada for four years. After that time, the person may apply for a fresh worker permit.
