If you are reading this page, you probably received a message from us — by email, text or WhatsApp — after asking Polinsys about moving to Canada. This page explains why we write, how to be sure a message is really from us, and how to make it stop.
Why we may message you
People write to us about very different plans: permanent residence, study, work, family. We write back for three reasons only:
- To confirm it is you. After you send our form, one email arrives with one link. Nothing else follows until you click it.
- To answer what you asked, and to invite you to our free information sessions.
- To ask whether you still want to hear from us. Some people wrote to us many years ago and have since settled elsewhere, or reached Canada. If that is you, tell us and we will stop.
We send a text or WhatsApp message only if you gave us your number and chose to be contacted that way. We never cold-call, and we never sell your details.
How to be sure a message is really from Polinsys
- Our emails come from one address: [email protected]. Replies go to [email protected]. Anything else claiming to be us deserves care.
- We never ask you to pay for a job offer, an LMIA or a visa "guarantee". No one can guarantee a job or a visa, and buying or selling a job offer is fraud. See protect yourself from immigration fraud.
- Advice and representation come from our authorized representative, Joy Stephen, RCIC, CICC licence R419719. You can check the licence yourself on the CICC public register. Messages from our team say when the writer is not a licensee.
- If a message asks for money before you have a written agreement with us, do not pay. Write to [email protected] and we will tell you whether it came from us.
Our free sessions
Canada's pathways change often — in 2025 and 2026 alone, Express Entry added new categories, provinces cut and then raised their nominations, and study permits were capped. Our free sessions are where we explain what changed and what it means for families like yours:
- the Friday Q&A with Joy Stephen, RCIC, where you can ask your own question; and
- resource meetings led by our team, for general information (not advice on your own case).
Times and links are on FREE Webinars: Resource Guides and AR Q&A. Session links sent by message are for that session only; if one has expired, the current one is always on that page.
Jobs in Canada
Some of our messages carry job openings for foreign nationals, published on myAR.me. A job offer can help, but in 2026 it is no longer worth Express Entry points — see Job offers and employer-driven PR for what a job offer does and does not do. We never charge a worker for a job.
Missing our messages?
If our emails land in spam, add [email protected] to your contacts. The steps for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and Apple Mail are on Making sure our emails reach you.
How to stop our messages
- Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us.
- Text or WhatsApp: write to [email protected], or use the form below, with the number to remove.
- If you no longer remember the email you used, send us your phone number and we will find it.
You will not hear from us again unless you write to us.
How Polinsys helps
If you are still planning a move to Canada, start with the form below. Tell us six short things — each one says why we ask — and click the one link we send. A member of our team then replies, and an honest assessment from Joy Stephen, RCIC, comes before any fee. Bring your questions to the free Friday Q&A in the meantime.
